Importantly, among his post-retirement achievements, he has been the Sr Mgr Administration/ Soft Skills Trainer in TCS for four years.

He qualified as GTO from Defence Institute of Psychological Research, New Delhi in 2004 and a Certificate Course in Leadership and Behavioral Sciences from C-LABS, Hyderabad in 2005. He also holds a Diploma in Advanced Logistics Practices from Air Force Administrative College, Coimbatore and has also successfully completed the 52-weeks Materials Management and Logistics Course in IAF, at Air Force Academy, Hyderabad.

He has a First-Class Bachelor’s Degree from University of Calicut in Geology (Third Rank) and a First-Class Master’s Degree from IIT, Bombay, in Applied Geology.

As an all-round sportsman he was the Captain of his School and College Cricket Teams, College champion in TT, Badminton, Tennis and Athletics, Best Cadet in NCC (Army Wing), Best Actor in English and Malayalam Drama, Roll of Honour in Sports at IIT Mumbai. He has also represented various IAF Command teams in Cricket, Tennis and Badminton.

He is also an avid cross country bike rider and takes keen interest in cycling, photography, calligraphy and painting

In his quest to share and impart the extensive hands-on experience gained during his distinguished career, he has joined the Personality Development Faculty at Impact. For the benefit of our students, he brings his skills and the vast experience gained in the area of Group Behaviour, Team Work, Etiquette, English Communication, Life skills and Soft Skills over the years as part of senior management.
