Wing Commander Kartik Moudgil is a retired officer from Indian Air Force after 24 years of Service. He is a certified Group Testing Officer form Defense Institute of Psychological Research, Defense Research & Development Organisation, New Delhi. He has served as a GTO in both No 1 Air Force Selection Board, Dehradun and No 2 Air Force Selection Board, Mysore.

During a span spread across almost six years as an active Assessor, he has carried out assessment for approximately two thousand four hundred candidates of both Undergraduate (NDA) as well as Graduate (AFCAT/CDSE/NCC) Entries. He has worked closely with Services Selection Boards at Selection Centre South, Bangalore and has been instrumental in various studies towards standardisation of tasks between the three Services. He is an avid golfer and a sports enthusiast who loves to play Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Squash and Volleyball.
